What to see

Your tour begins with a stop at the cliffs of the famous caldera, where you will get insights about the history of the island. Our first destination will be the village of Megalochori, which remains untouched through time. A place more quiet and charming with stunning cycladitic architecture and full of life squares. Our next stop will be a hidden church on the cliff of the caldera, the place where the ”heart” of Santorini is.

We will continue our tour by visiting the village of Akrotiri. There we will get a panoramic view of the island combined with the blue colours of the Aegean Sea. The village holds the lighthouse of the island and a Venetian Castle. Also we will visit and the Red Beach the most unique beach on the island.

Our last station will be Emporeio. The most well preserved Venetian Castle, the ”Goulas” and narrow labyrinth paths are few thing that wait to be discovered. Before we end our Tour we will make a stop at the renowned ruins of the windmills.

While driving through these villages you will get information about the religion of the locals, the agricultural life of the island and of course its traditions.
