Every customer has to fill correct all the important information during the booking process. When a booking is made and the payment received you will receive a receipt email from Santorini Traveller. This receipt is to be printed and presented on the day of your tour. It’s better if you print and the details of your tour from our website.
If there are any mistakes on the receipt that you will receive you have to contact Santorini Traveller immediately.
All bookings made through the Santorini Traveller website have to be paid via PayPal.
When you complete your payment you will receive an email with your receipt.
All of our rates include local taxes.
The tickets of the cable car, your personal expenses and personal insurance are not included in our rates.
Santorini Traveller will accept any changes made to the date or time of a confirmed tour, provided the notification is sent by email at least 3 days prior to the scheduled tour and the required date is available.
If the customers do not arrive on time on the meeting point, Santorini Traveller will cancel the tour. There will be no refunds granted.
Santorini Traveller doesn’t offer any personal insurance. We are not responsible for loss, damage or theft of personal belongings and equipment.
Our tours take place in the free countryside and are by their nature not absolutely free from hazard.
